Refund policy
You can request a refund for your subscription if both conditions are met: you request it within 14 calendar days of purchase, and you haven't progressed through more than 20% of the certification's questions. If you purchased from outside Colombia, the refund is processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) to your original payment method; if you purchased from Colombia via Wompi, Certingo processes it directly. Outside these conditions we review exceptions case by case — for example, service failures, duplicate charges, or discontinued certifications. Request it from your profile on the study platform or reach out to support.
